Week 2 – Day 4

Back to artemis peewh! its a tough one but manged to do it in 43:54 mins so much better than last time i did it ofcourse is the pullups the easy version and 50 of the pushups is too my arms is still to sloppy to handle that 🙂

Week 2 – Day 3

Yesh! I took almost 20min off my Aphrodite i did it really slow the first time never the less 🙂 was working on my breath while doing burpees and helped alot :O so its a tip to you out there 🙂

And did the 50 Burpees in the first 5 minutes so i know i can make a PB Max Burpees 🙂

So had to take my Max Burpees today also else i cant get my weekly program done cause i have to much to do in the weekend i did a PB YAY! and even better than the first burpees in Aphrodite today so thumbs up!

Did 54 in Max Burpees its okay for second week and still its a PB 🙂

Week 1 Day 5 – Week 2 – Day 2

Okay so i been really really bad to post in here to keep it updated but it will come now 🙂

So Dione on day 5 Pewh! was a tough one had a rlly bad time even though i had to help my parents move some stuff around in the middle of everything which only took about 10 mins so still a bad time: 1:18:06

Second week has started and Artemis was the first session to start the week off with, took it a little reverse so the push-ups before pull-ups which was a bad idea could only do around 20 star pushups and pull-ups dont even start did around 4 and then my arms collapsed but i kept on going finished in : 53:29

Today i did the Metis thought it was okay of a first try and considering what shape i’m in guess i just need to get my breathing right under burpees, did it in 9:33

What is Freeletics?

WHAT IS FREELETICS?
Freeletics is a sport. The core of Freeletics is a set of predefined
high-intensity workouts. All workouts are bodyweight only. You always do them as fast as you can. They only take between 5 and 45min on average. Workout times will be used to measure performances and progress and to compare to other athletes.

WHERE TO TRAIN FREELETICS?
Parks, sports fields, gyms and the like are well suited. However, you can do most workouts at home as well. For some no equipment is required, for others a pullup bar, a wall or some sort of running track. Also, Freeletics can be trained both alone and in a group.

WHY FREELETICS?
The high intensity allows for impressive results despite significantly reduced workout times. Also, you only need your bodyweight. That means you can work out efficiently anywhere and anytime.
